BAGUA JIAN (SWORD)

The bagua sword form contains the essentials of the straight double edged Chinese sword (Jian). This course includes:

  • Basic thrusts, cuts and parries

  • The form broken down into individual movements

  • The complete form

  • Functional applications for individual moves

 

Both the palm and sword courses are downloaded in 3 increments, each increment followed by an evaluation to progress to the next download.
