SWIMMING DRAGON (taiyi you long gong)
Swimming Dragon is a Wudang style of taiji and is more difficult and intricate than the Beijing 24 form. The form can be performed in a small space and contains low stances, leg balances and twisting and coiling movements that build strength and fluidity in the body. The form also contains elements of Qi Gong (breath and energy work).

The course is downloaded in 3 increments, each increment followed by an evaluation of form.
